In this college, you will have full opportunities for the development of your personality. Please Participate in the college activities regularly, which are for your all-round development. Keep this in mind and enjoy the college life strictly following rules, regulation, and discipline of the college. The college has successfully completed its 43 years of services in such a rural area. It is remarkable to say that most of the students from this college have been serving in various fields. Many students have been working as teachers, professors in various educational institutions in Maharashtra. Some of them are successful leaders, some sportsperson, judge, lawyers, businessman, agriculturist, some in security services, many in IT sectors, some in Banking, etc. We are proud of our alumni. Our alumni support us directly or indirectly. We have a very qualitative and hardworking staff. There are 43 teaching faculties in our college for 3 branches. Out of 43 teaching faculties, there are 14 Ph.D. holders, 8 M.Phil. researchers and 7 are NET/SET passed. Our teaching faculty is always research oriented. Apart from our regular teaching-learning procedure we organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities like NSS, Sports, Earn and Learn Schemes. We have well-established organizations working in the above fields. For the educational development of the students, we organize Remedial courses and special guidance scheme for the students in SC, ST, NT and OBC category. For the overall personality development of the students, we have been conducting the “Soft-Skill Development” Programme for the final year students of B.A., B.Com. and BCA. To connect the students to the world of information, we have NRC (Network Resource Center). The students from various classes have shown their capabilities in sports by participating in various tournaments at state and National level. The college also has a gymnasium hall and separate women’s hall. In my experience of principalship, I have witnessed in our student’s capability of taking education in adverse condition, I have found their talent. Our mission is to explore their capabilities and talent for Nation’s sake. I am optimistic about the future of the students. Shaping them, I hope, we are observing a national duty to make India a developed country. I feel fortunate to have very supportive Management, SHARDOPASAK SHIKSHAN SANSTHA, specially Valande Viswanath Guruji, whose Mission and Vision has made the Sanstha a better organization. All the directors of SSS are very cooperative. I am also proud to have an experienced and committed staff which has brought present stature to this college. My aim is not only to be an able administrator but also to be a friend and the guide to my students. I know many of the students joined this college are from rural and economically weak background, also I know many of my students are of first-generation getting the higher education, many of them are border affected. It’s my sincere assurance is to provide a very pleasant atmosphere of learning and personality development. We all including Management of SHARDOPASAK SHIKSHAN SANSTHA, My staff and I will try hard to bridge the gap between urban and rural, between rich and poor, between upper and lower. All the suggestion and feedback that help us in improvement is welcome. I am sure that our joint efforts will certainly make our students excel in their career. Wishing you great success.
