- 33. Teaching methods adopted to improve student learning:
Modern teaching methods such as group discussion, seminars, and question- answers are used in teaching learning process. Students also are taught to present their ideas through ppt. Computers, internet and LED projector are also used for Power Point Presentation Teaching in the concerned subject. Marathi & Hindi both language are also used in Teaching of Historical Period.
- 34. Participation in Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) and Extension activities:
The faculty and students of the department participate in various programmes conducted by the College such as NSS camp, Annual Gathering, Blood Donate Camp, Rallies etc. On Republic Day we organized Edu.-fair on different themes in every year from 2010. Our faculty member delivered speech in different Schools & Colleges on different topic.

- To organize guest lecturers of the eminent scholars, professors and authors.
- The department will try to career development and more employability of the students.
- Our one of the faculty member will complete his Ph.D.
- To publish research papers in reputed research journals & books with ISSN / ISBN number.
